Happy Thursday Loves!
Yes, it is true. I will be turning the big 3-0 in August. I cannot believe I am almost 30, and totally looking forward to it! It certainly helps that Reid and I will be vacationing just prior to my big day. But even before this fun trip was planned, I was super content in turning 30.
I think it is because I have so many blessing to count everyday and have already checked so many items off my personal wishlist...
a wonderful husband
two precious pups
a fantastic house to share with them
amazing family
a very special niece and nephew
awesome friends
a job I feel excited about
...but a girl can still dream up some fantastic material items can't she?
There is something so nostalgic about creating your birthday list. It brings me back to my childhood, when I would think truly hard about what special gifts I would ask for each year. I tend to be overly sentimental and always cherish the one special gift that will make me remember that specific event. Pearls from my parents on my 25th birthday. A necklace from my husband with my new initials for our first married valentines day. A ring in my college's colors from my parents when they dropped me off my freshman year. The handwritten note my soon-to-be-husband wrote me on our wedding day. This year for sure will be the memories and photos from our trip. And, I may luck out with maybe one of two of the items above...if not, there's always Christmas!
(hint hint Mom)
What are items on your wish list?
See y'all tomorrow!

ps......there is one gift on there that accidentally appeared? I just don't know how that ring got on there.... Sorry honey! (heehee)
don't miss one minute of fun ~ follow along!
