Weekend.

Reid and I had a rare chance for a totally unplanned date night on Friday and we did not let the impending rain slow us down. We decided to try this new burger place in the Libbie/Grove area called Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint. I personally love any restaurant that has "joint" in the name and this one did not disappoint. With mac and cheese as a toping for a burger and fried Oreos on menu, we will be a regulars for sure. After our Oreos, we ran next door for ice cream...I am eating for two after all.

Saturday, I worked all day long. Reid played golf and I was incredibly jealous that he was out enjoying the beautiful weather while I was stuck in doors. I suggested, ok demanded, we go out to dinner, I did not care where but we had to sit outside. After dinner, I hightailed it home and hopped in to bed for a what ended up being a crazy night of attempted online shopping and whispering profanity at Target's website. I set my alarm for 2am...woke up, checked Target's website - nada. Set my alarm again for 2:30 - nope, nothing...set my alarm for 3am - womp womp...finally around 3:30 something, I was able log on to order one thing only. After that the site crashed and so did I. I woke up on Sunday morning to find this sleeping next to me, not my husband. Oops...

To add to the crazy, I decided to brave the Williamsburg outlets with my bestie on Sunday morning. A couple maternity tops later and a splurge at J.Crew Factory, we made it back to Richmond with time to spare. I took a two hour nap then headed out to dinner with a long time friend and her beau to Max's on Broad.
